The French Luxembourg Chef, trained at the Ferrandi School in Paris, a true lover of the sea and elevated gastronomy, brings his passion for exceptional fresh and seasonal products into your homes.

The Aqua Restaurant’s specialty is fresh fish and seafood, caught predominantly along the coast of Brittany. Delivered by local fisherman that catch seafood in a sustainable way, brought straight from the Ocean onto your plate.

Sustainability and respect for the environment are key elements for Scholtes’ team which are reflected in the gastronomical offer and partly gluten-free and lactose-free menu. Creating “taste-sational” experiences accessible for all of us.
